7. Property Protection
FWT Disposal takes reasonable precautions to protect customer property, including:
- Using protective floor coverings when performing interior demolition or removal
- Using proper lifting and transport techniques
- However, customers acknowledge that debris removal and demolition involve inherent risks. FWT Disposal is not responsible for:
- Hidden structural weaknesses
- Damage caused by undisclosed conditions
- Damage resulting from inadequate access conditions
8. Dumpster Use
Customers renting dumpsters agree to:
- Use dumpsters only for approved materials
- Not overload dumpsters beyond safe limits
- Ensure the dumpster remains accessible for pickup
- Not relocate the dumpster without permission
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Overweight loads
- Prohibited materials
- Extended rental periods
9. Scheduling and Cancellations
